Dear Auction Family,

We have reopened and resumed business operations and we look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming auction events!  Our Auction Team has missed seeing and talking with you all, as well as experiencing the fun and conversation that comes with auction events. 

We want you to know that we have taken steps to support our Team and our Auction Family with increased safety measures and operational changes.  

Our Auction Team will be wearing face coverings, performing routine sanitization of frequently used items and surfaces and wearing gloves as needed.  We have also implemented staggered scheduling for preview and inspection to limit the number of people that are gathered in a group and practice social distancing.  We have also updated our system to allow for scheduled appointments when picking up items won that is also in accordance with local and national recommendations and guidelines.

As we navigate through the revitalization of our economy, we look to the future with hope and positivity and are thankful for your participation, interest and support.  Please contact us anytime with any questions that you may have.

Hello!  All of us at Copper State Auctions hope you are safe, healthy, and are doing well.  We wanted to check in with you and give you an update of what, and how, we are doing.

Primarily, we miss seeing each of you and we miss being able to chat with you face to face, in person.  Mostly, we look forward to bringing you the opportunity to bid and buy great auction items, collectibles and keepsakes in a safe and responsible way.

During the last month, we have been reviewing our sanitization, social distancing and no-contact practices.  We will continue to perform and reinforce the procedures that we have continuously done, and we will be expanding and utilizing new procedures and tools to ensure the health and safety of our Auction Family during preview and pickup.

As we have been following the guidance of our leaders, including the newly updated re-opening of Arizona and the next steps business can and are able to take, we are preparing to resume auction operations in the upcoming month.  We have some great auctions to come, and you can look forward to being able to bid and buy your next treasure in the coming weeks.

To Our Auction Family:

It is with an abundance of caution and concern for the safety and health of our Bidders, Buyers, Sellers and Team Members, we have temporarily suspended our future auction events. 

As we continue to monitor Public Health Websites, and follow the advice of our Local and National Community Leaders, we have determined that even with increased sanitization practices and creating auction events to allow for greater social distancing for our Auction Family, including flexible bidding and pickup options, it is in everyone’s best interest to pause future auction events until health and safety can be ensured. 

Going forward, implementing cleaning and sanitization efforts learned through the COVID-19 pandemic, including practicing healthy social etiquettes, we are looking to the future with a bright, healthy and hopeful world.  Although we feel that there will be many changes to our daily activities after the current global pandemic passes, we are confident that buying, selling, bidding and collecting at auction will continue to be an important and fun activity for everyone.
